Nutritional advices for Pitta
Pitta is intrinsically hot and slightly oily among others. This helps us to understand what type of food we should avoid and prefer in order to reduce this dosha. Pitta gets even hotter eating spicy food, it increases its chances to get irritated and frustrated. If Pitta gets aggravated (increased) there are chances of getting too much heat or energy in the head, which means that it will be likely to get exhausted in a very short time, there may be confusion and inability to pronounce words correctly. Pitta tends to get angry easily, frustrated, irritable, skin rashes and high blood pressure. By eating the adequate food it is possible to greatly reduce all these ailments. |
