What do we teach ?
Our aim is to teach the philosophy of Yoga and Buddhism, and to offer the space to practice them, nourishing you as well as ourselves at the same time. We teach meditation techniques that reduce the levels of stress and bring peace of mind not only during the meditation process, but also all along our daily life.
The practice of meditation has nothing to do with a particular group or religion. There are teachings from Buddhism, Yoga and other systems, but it does not affect your actual believes, because meditation can be utilized as an isolated technique.
There are no requirements to practice this technique, the only thing that you need is to be able to breath and the will to learn and practice. For this reason beginners as well as advanced people on this path are welcome to join us and learn this ancient arts.
We recommend to first receive instruction from an experienced meditator. If you do not have the proper guidance you may end up increasing the agitation in your mind. By receiving instruction from an experience tutor you can easily go to the right path and progress adequately.
Guided Meditation Sessions
Meditation is an ancient technique derived from different groups along the history, but with a very similar goal: the end of suffering. Meditation is something that you can read about, you can hear about, but it is mainly something that you must experience in order to understand it.
We offer guided meditation sessions for groups. There are no requirements, no previous experience is necessary and it is not needed to have an incredible flexible body to seat in lotus posture neither.
We also offer private meditation sessions, if required it can be in our place or it can also be in your place by previous arrangement. You only need to contact us and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
